01)  Qunari hair options - On this subject has already been said many. Qunari REALLY need more hair options and I see no reason why hornless qunari not have access to all basic hair like other races.

02)  Legendary weapons - Purple items should be rare and exceptionally strong. After all, they are legendary items. WRONG !
They are almost useless because you can easily make much better items. 90% purple items fits only for sale.
Where are things like superstrong legendary blade made of meteor metal, hidden in the lair of the most powerful dragons?

03)  Items sets - There are no sets here, or set bonuses.
Bad idea.

04)  "Hair gel" - Although the intention was certainly good, the result is not ideal.
At least we should be able to set on/off this "hair gel".

05)  Colors - Probably most important topic. I do not know which crazy painter suggested materials color but we really need possibility recolor armors.
For example, in the game is not a single black cloth or leather. (Rogue in a bright orange jacket should get a big penalty to hide.)

6) Combat is awkward - lacking any complex control of your team, no combat tactics, dumb AI, dumb tab targeting.
Funny is, that Bioware claimed that the DA:I has been developed primarily for PC...

07) Tactical cam - Tactical cam is... unwieldy.
Why could not be used the same system as in DA:O ?

08) DRM - A lot of people makes this protection nervous.
In addition, a lot of people believe that this is the reason why we still do not have any mods.

09) Armor appearance - Many chests look the same, with the only difference being their colour

10) Storage chest - No storage chest...
HUGE mistake.

11) Side quests - Side quests are boring and repetitive.
In the game, is not a single interesting side quest.

P.S.

If I forgot something, let me know. I believe that this list will grow fast.

Oh, and excuse my rusty English. :-)

-no sense of epicness?

-breach and corypheus feels like side quest with a mini boss?

-like a Far Cry 3/4 this game mostly consists of running around and doing side quests or gathering some stuff, instead of playing through drama of the main plot (because main plot is too short and silly)?

-M means "mature", not "nudity". Yes i understand that characters in this game are 18+ and many things allowed to them, but i my understanding maturity is something different.

Umm.. combat? Bad ai? Tactics? Weird spawning rate and bad pc controls/ui?
Bugs? How you are restricted to only 8 skills at a time, 4 on multiplayer?
Bad tac cam?
Overall poor hairstyles and fake looking beards that wont fit humans unless you make their jaw super wide?

Your list is lacking big time ;0

Edit: the removal of healing spells that makes no sense lore wise and is an aweful choice?

I was kinda hoping they would have both "poultices" (can take like candy) and "potions" (longer cooldowns.) Then you could make the game whatever you wanted it to be.

I've been using a legendary staff I found in some Tevinter laboratory (I think) for a long time now. I can't craft anything near as powerful. Cassandra's been wearing a legendary armor that's she been wearing forever and I've yet to find a stronger one.

How about making sure your game works before releasing it? Just a thought

I would kill for some black hair at the moment instead of dark grey that in certain light could possibly be mistaken for black. I'd also kill for hairstyles that are gender and race specific, and not the unisex crap everyone got stuck with. I'd run old ladies over if EA found whoever was supposed to bug test this game and drowned them in an unflushed toilet after taco night.

Things I'd love to have addressed:

- Inability to dye armors indepently from from the actual materials used in crafting.

- Inability to reverse-engineer items for schematics. There are a lot of common/rare weapons that don't have schematics available, why not allow us to reverse-engineer them?

1) Agreed...

2) Agreed. I also think that Legendary armor should have unique look and all Legendary items should have unique abilities\passives and probably level up with character(they are legendaries after all, they should be good at any level and not just because of good stats at any level but mostly because of their unique passives\abilities). Also some of them should be(with a small chance) randomly placed in a loot because if we will be able to find legendaries anywhere on each playthrough then there will be much more sense in exploring all this huge maps and all its boring side quests.

3) Would be nice to have sets as well, but ah well...we didn't even have boots\gloves now(only customizable armor pieces), so we already have 'Sets'

4) You should turn mesh option to High.

5) Agreed. Dye system is terrible, especially if you comparing it to Guild Wars 2 or Diablo 3..though there is a black leather\cloth...Black leather - Great Bear Hide , can't remember black cloth material name , but you can get it from Venatori mages if I'm not mistaken :)

- Inability to reverse-engineer items for schematics. There are a lot of common/rare weapons that don't have schematics available, why not allow us to reverse-engineer them?

This ^

You're reading my thoughts...some days ago I've even offered exactly the same idea in a special thread, but OP didn't bothered to include this idea in his huge list of ideas for Bioware...

Craftable armor being the same variations of 3 types of schemes with extremely minor changes, as you go up in tier level.

-Increase the armor appearances/ variations for the PC!

Even on ultra, "black" (they are not black) hair still look like covered by gel. :-(

Broken companion AI and pitiful party controls are by far the biggest problem with this game for me. The AI is extremely dumb, and you can't even set up tactics to offset it. Your only option is to micromanage, but the Tac cam is so badly implemented that it's almost worse than just putting up with suicidal companions. I gave up fighting with it and turned the game down to casual so I didn't need to worry; I usually play on hard or nightmare.

here's my list of feedback...

positives:

  • crafting system (including gathering materials, depth that didn't exist in previous titles)
  • agents (the missions on the big map) +inquisition perks (though some are arguably completely useless)
  • content (much more than either of the previous titles)
  • playthrough length (from what i've been hearing, DA:I is about as long as DA:O and DA2 combined)

negatives:

  • combat is awkward (lacking any complex control of your team, no combat tactics, dumb AI, dumb tab targeting)
  • pathing issues (team gets stuck and i find them warp to me a little later, they also run around hills after watching me walk up a steep path)
  • terrain issues (get stuck on small objects so i have to spam jump to get over, "slide" down 90 degree objects and edges that i should be able to mantle or grab somehow)
  • lack of any concrete direction when questing (can run into mobs much higher than you without having a clue, zones and areas have no clear level indicators except for a handful when selecting where to scout)
  • lack of variety when exploring (while the amount of content is good, it lacks variety, the same collectibles are in every zone and it gets a bit tedious)
  • ugly characters (females with pasty faces, inflated facial features, odd morphing/disfigurement, males with mspaint facial hair) a side effect of frostbite no doubt
  • lack of initial ability options (DA2 was far better in this regard, and DA:O though that was a different kind of better)
  • microstutter (personal gripe, not many get it i think)
  • lack of music (zones have a sort of empty feel without music)
  • armor appearance (many chests look the same, with the only difference being their colour)
  • only one intro, no difference between the races except a small highly situational passive (DA2 was worse but DA:O had lots of prologues that really helped get you into the role your character played)

Small update.
Some of the things you suggested someone may seem bad, but it's a matter of opinion.
In the list I try to show only things that are undeniable problems.

1. The open worlds are not really engaging. All you do is run around doing side-quests, there is nothing... interesting there. I'll give'em the main quests, those are good, lot of variety, and some are actually great(not the final battle, that is a bit of a letdown), but what you'll be doing most of the time, running around fetching someone's trousers, is really boring.

2. This is basically nr. 1 a bit differently: there is no point in visiting the open worlds. There are no main quests there. Tiny bits of a few main quests do take place in the open regions, but that's a small number. The rest of the open regions are for side-quests. And I wouldn't mind if those were interesting, but they're not.

3. Combat is a bit tacky. The spawn rate is buggy at times.

4. 30 levels are not enough to make a game this long not become boring. There is little variance in fighting since you only level up every 10 hours or so. 8 ability slots still not enough after you lvl. 15.

what else?.. The counter-intuitive healing system, no healing spells. You know what's weird? Going to an ancient elven ruin and finding a potions chest there. Right..

... oh yeah, and no storage chest.

10) Storage chest - No storage chest...
HUGE mistake.

I found a storage chest.

Well, not an actual storage chest. Kind of.

When you get to Skyhold there is a merchant banner in the Undercroft that will replace Segritt (if you didn't save him on the way out of Haven). If you sell your stuff to this banner/merchant stand you can buy it back again at any time. You can see the items if you click the 'buy back' icon (to the right)

The one thing about this game that I can't stand is these forums. I keep coming back for some reason, and everyday I find the same thread topics that ****** me off. And yeah where is something as simple as a storage chest?
