Can you change Fallow Mire weather like you did in Crestwood?

no, you cant change the mire... wish i could change crestwood back though.... i liked the dark rainy landscape

I liked the weather change in Crestwood. Rainy weather just depresses me; reminds me where I am currently living. I hate winter out here in the North...
