As the title says ive got this bug that plays a annoying sound ( quest completion or inquisition rank up sound) every time i travel, close a menu. It is driving me nuts.

--Tried restarting the game by completely closing it and going back in? Is this happening after every re-load?
--Are there actual quests completing when this sound plays?
--Also be sure to check your quests menu for completed quests, new inventory items, new codex entries, or anything with the golden star indicating a new item, are gone.
Not sure if any of this will help, but worth a shot.

tired the all, restarted, repaired so far nothing. Every-time i close any menu, travel somewhere this sound plays.

This happens when you have reached inquisition level 20 and got more than 20000 influence on that level. The game tries to level up your inquisition level but since 20 is the max level this sound will play indefinitely.

Yes!! thats what seems to be happening. My inquisition level went to 20 and after that this started, Is there any solution to remove this horrible sound.
