You list Mordin's age as 50 on your website even though the Codex says that Salarians have a 40 year lifespan.

Even if Mordin is some super cenetarian Salarian equivalent who has managed to survive well past his species' lifespan, you'd think he'd be a bit more venerable, wouldn't you?

average lifespan of a salarian is 40 human years. just like in real life the average for a human is 75...there are some of us that die young, others that over 100. It's very possible that Mordin is 50- he's keeping the average up.

Keep in mind that those extra 10 years count as much more than ten extra years to a salarian. Mordin would probably be one of the oldest of his species, though.
