i redeemed the codes for the DLC on the website.. i log into my ps3 which is linked to an EA account and on this website .. Every time i go to download content it takes me to the PS Store and the only option is to buy now ... What do i do .. Did i make a mistake by inputing the DLC codes here instead of my PS3 .. Any help would be appreciated .. Thanks

I have the exact same problem.. except I have no idea how to link my PS3 to anything.

If it is linked to the same account you redeemed the codes with, the items should appear in the in-game Downloadable Content manager screen as 'purchased'. Click on that, Store will open but you should be able to just download for free.

Jinque- to link your PS3 to this account. At the main menu you should see an option at the bottom left of the screen saying (triangle icon) Log in to Dragon Age Servers (or something similar).



Press (triangle) and then enter the same user/pwd you use to login to this site.

I have the same login on this site as my ps3 and i tried it tuesday, wednesday and today. when i start the game it logs into the dragon age server automatically then i go to download content and its not showing anything .. it keeps taking to the PSN store with the option to buy now ... I checked my profile and the email is the same.. I cant figure what the hell is going on .. I ve tried contacting EA on Tuesday and its Thursday with no response.. Its making me uneasy... In my profile it shows my PS id .... Also i noticed that my character is not uploaded to the site either... It that something that it does on its own.. .

Man im about to give up and trade the game in.. If i cant get support from EA or anyone that is actually answering my question... Then what happens when i have another problem...

hey mixednutz31 have you had any luck with ea support? I've sent 3 emails and tried 3 chats that they close as soon as I get to about #2 in the qeue

If you go to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php (or under you picture on the left, select Profile -> Your registered game promotions do you see the items you've redeemed with codes under PS3 there?



Also, are you guys in north america or europe/elsewhere?

It shows the items there.. Im in North America .. Florida to be exact

I found an entry in the help FAQ that may be related to this:

Go to help.dragonage.com
Search for "PSN"
There is an entry on "Error linking PSN ID to EA Account in Dragon Age: Origins"

It contains two possible solutions for this.  Let me know if that resolved the issue for you.

I've got a similar problem. I've got the content in the "registered game promotions" on this site, but my PS3 in-game dlc menu is completely naked. Are there any solutions to this yet? I'm pretty sure my PSN and EA accounts are linked (EA account auto-signs in when I start the game).
