Ive noticed that this game sorely lacks armour n weapon variety like warden and templar armour are exactly the same apart from colours and markings and so many others are exactly like this are there any unique armour sets ive noticed the npcs populating the world have a hell of a lot more armour variety than the player has just wondering if ive missed alot of stuff or dose this game really have a ****** poor variety of armour

It doesn't really exist sadly. The warden set early on(found on the farm in the hinterlands) is decent but is outclassed quickly by trench coats.

Yeah i know lol i wore the warden armour the whole game preatty much till b 4 the last mission when i found the templar armour schematic n crafted looked exactly like the warden armour but diff colour n insignia

If you get the The Short List perk from the connection tree a few of the t3 schematics can be bought in emprise du lion.
