The thing is, if Solasis the one who took over Mythal in the post credit scene. Youre now bound to Solas/FenHarel.

Because that is so much better.

There really isn't a right choice though. I made my elf Inquisitor drink from it because of the same reason of recovering ancient knowledge. But now that I think about it, being bound to Flemeth/Solas seems kind of scary. As the game have shown, the elven gods weren't exactly friendly people as Thedas romanticized them to be. And if Flemeth were able to live this long after the fall of Arlathan, imagine other possibilities of those wandering old souls.

To his credit he detests free will being compromised in any way, so I don't think he'd make use of such a binding.

Whatever his end game is, he's desperate enough to achieve it that he gave Corypheus the Orb and potentially killed Flemeth, someone who apparently considered him a friend.

I don't think there is anything he wouldn't do to achieve his goal, whatever it may be.

It does seem right somehow, to let Morrigan drinks. Sure, she's pissed off, but as someone said, she's not that mad actually-- for a person who enjoys preserving lost lore, I think it's worth it (Morrigan Jones & the Well of Sorrows anyone ?). That, and it's like she was destined to be a dragon.

Morrigan bound to Mythal doesn't really seem like it is that much of a problem. Sure it'd ****** Morrigan off being bound to her mother, but she isn't in a direct position of power, and it's doubtful she has any knowledge about things that Mythal wouldn't already have. Inquisitor on the other hand could cause real problems.

frankly i dont see either as bad anymore.... having morrigan bound to flemeth or your inquisitor kind of waters down the theory of flemeth being an evil power in the game....  I mean, its not gonna be the inquisition is now what the wardens were to corypheus....  if anything, your inquisitor will be smart enough to leave the inquisition to somebody else for good and therefore mythal/flemeth has no control over your new justice league.  Plus i really dont see them writing morrigan into a corner either
