Well I took one look at Vivienne, didn’t like her, so I didn’t recruit her.
Vivienne didn’t exist in my end game, so never got a chance to be Divine, sorted. (Leliana got the job)
I finished my main playthrough, and I'm upset. (End of game spoilers)

I wanted Cassandra and got Viv at the end of my game but I think I made a few mistakes along that path anyway but seeing as I plan on playing again I'll see what I can do to get it right next time.
