I can't seem to get the Altar of Mythal to show up on my map and the Final Piece quest does not show up in my journal. I have finished The Winter Palace quest and talked to Morrigan on return, even gone through the eluvian with her to the crossroads, but still nothing. Even went back to a previous save and replayed the Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts quest just to see if it would trigger.
Is this a bug, or is there something else I'm missing?
