Almost certainly yes.  I'll also go on record stating that I'd be willing to buy it now.  Or now.  I simply don't play the multiplayer portions of these games, so story DLC is the only way Bioware/EA can have more of my money.  And I'm anxious to give them more of my money if said story DLC has expanded romance stuff/companion conversations/dammit give me immutable evidence my Inquisitor and Cassandra are still together...  The only Story DLC/Expansion I don't want is a $20, four hour pack of Hawke walking in the snow.
