For me mostly on the ranged companions constantly going into melee range, even when I say defend or hold position. On the defend part its monkeying around with the tactic setting. But its getting annoying as they are the only ones for me that I use potions on......I think Solas likes to dispel frozen for some reason. Turned it to star to see if the ai dispels other incapacitations, But I manually control it most of the time.
