What is the difference between Frost, Fire, Lightning dmg.
Do they have "perks" such as lightning will also drain mana or anything like that?
What does elemental damage do?

the final ability of a autoattack chain does the following:
fire - burning (dot)
ice - chilled (slowed movement)
lightning - shocked (lower magic resistance)
