i just finished this "game". WOW, i didn't realize this is SO BAD. This "game" has nothing from previous games neither from other bioware games.

It... just... i have nothing to say, i feel like they spit on my face.

The story line is... , you can complete this in about 20 hour. I just cant believe it...

All this war tables missions, camps, keeps and so on have ABSOLUTELY NO MEANING!  Absolutely!

This is just huge dead world with no interesting quests, without interesting combats without anything..

I cant believe it.

Rest in peace bioware.

Whether heterosexual or homosexual, no one deserves to be given a societal litmus test and be put on the spot for any reason. Both parties have been guilty of the exact same things that they accuse the others of. Mainly intolerance and hatred.  Each have worn their skin too thin.

It's neat that you think those two positions are at all equivalent.

Gosh its so hard to believe that so many people have such varied responses. I absolutely love this game. I think its my 2nd favourite all time game after Origins. I loved the story and the whole Cullen romance experience, the crafting and mage skills. I loved the ending  and the warm loving hugs from Cullen. I loved how I could come home from fighting and give Cullen a big smooch as often as I liked.

I loved the companions and the variety of personalities and I loved the twists in the stories of the companions too. Oh and the beautiful vistas and scenery's. So romantic and awe inspiring!

I even liked some of the armours, not so many ugly spikes or furry things.

There are things I didn't like too, but mostly I loved coming home to this game and having a whole new world to loose myself in. Ahhh so wonderful a game.

Hardly. Inquisition is a mile wide and an inch deep. It looks pretty and plays alright as a button masher, but it's got no tactical depth, a wonky AI, bad controls on PC, and sod all character customisation; it's an action game masquerading as an RPG. It's not a bad game by any means, but it's a mediocre CRPG, and for people who wanted a CRPG it's a major disappointment.

You do realize you couldn't adjust your stats in Baldurs gate at all? And you can't choose abilities either

That's exactly how I felt, except with different specifics haha. I didn't like the armour so much though O_O.

There should be a new label sewn on the lapels of those who have irrational hatred of those who understand homosexuality as much as they do breathing under water.

I have plenty of friends who are gay.

Do I love them? Yes, of course.

Do I understand their sexuallity? No, not in the least.

Do they hate me for that? Apparently not.

Is it up to me to condone (or be expected to condone) any grown adult's lifestyle and sexual orientation? No.

If you obsess about your sexuallity and wear it on your sleeve to the point that you feel compelled to ram it down someone's throat and then have the audacity to call them homophobic, or intolerant, or a hater - it is YOU who have the problem. It is YOU who are intolerant, it is YOU who are the hater.

Ultimately, it is YOU who need to grow up.

Edit:

And no, DA:I is not a mediocre rpg in my opinion. It is just deeply flawed at the moment.  It's potential for greatness will be realized after a few patches (still very hopeful).

What do you mean "understand their sexuality"? I don't really get what there is to 'understand'. It's a guy who is attracted to guys or a girl who is attracted to girls- not that complicated.

You either have a problem with it or you don't. Clearly people who find there to be two gay companions (and several other bi characters) to be too many have a problem with it. I dunno what this has to do with 'obsessing over sexuality' or not.

Character creation screen? Rolling for stats and adjusting it? Did you play a different Baldur's Gate?

As for abilities, weapon specialization provided bonuses, the choice of abilities was in the choice of class and subclass. This is how DnD works.

The point is, the game that started DA series had stats adjustment and abilities to choose from. It is only logical to expect it.

I personally think divinity original sin is better than dragon age as an rpg and a game.

Bioware really need to improve on non combat skills and reactivity. I guess it is limited because of the permutations of voice recording.

OP:

You're being unfair.

BioWare has released worse games. This isn't their worst.

Sure. I expected stats in Skyrim too, since earlier TES games had them. Didn't happen. Didn't much matter.

You like BULL's voice acting? Seems like he has no personality.... but I'm in the early game....

The story is bad.

In DA2 half of Kirkwall went mad just because of being close to red lyrium idol. Why in the inquisition we are even able to put red lyrium runes in our own weapon? Why nothing happens to us? And there are tons of such nonsense in new story. I don't want to write spoilers,  but those constant "returning from death" remind me of cheap Indian movies.

The only thing i like about this game are graphics. Visual style is gorgeous, this is only reason i even finished this game.

Why is it men (and it is always always men) feel the need to use violent sexualised imagery to describe seeing two people of the same sex showing a level of affection that utterly unremarkable? Ram it down your throat?

I mean I don't complain about heterosexuals shoving it in my face, with their weddings and hand holding and affectionate kissing.

Hahahahaaha. Bla bla bla. You know me better then I. I don't need help. Maybe you need it cuz its very normal when that strait people don't want see gays scenes. No, my country is very tolerant, its not Saudi Arabia or Iran. Gay may live like they want and nobody force me or others to live like we don't want to. Like in rotten West. So you are please stop crying. I just post my opinion. I see that you part of this group. Stop force others to watch ppl like you if they don't want to. Be tolerant :)

Clearly a country very big on self-pity and victim complexes. I think I can guess which one.

Well, obviously it's because those guys are scared that they themselves secretly want to have something ra.... nah, I can't go through with it.

I feel like I'm one of the few too...but I think Bull has the worst voice of the main cast (which isn't too bad, since i love all the other voices a ton.) It's not bad per say, but just noticeably more forced than the other ones so it kind of sticks out at certain points. That's not to take away from BUll being a badass and me RPing him as my Inquis main bodyguard, but sometimes I do think his voice is trying too hard.

/end rant.
