So I have come across a couple of different loots items that have the same Red Bag symbol. The first one was the breeches and the second was: "Gold Horn - It seems like lots of people could be looking for this".
As the first item was acquired during the Sera recruitment and the bags are red, I am assuming they are Red Jenny items. My question is does anyone know what I should do with them? Is there a drop site or something that I need to find? They don't seem like random junk...
I don't know. I am saving the Too Many Breeches red bag (Recruiting Sera) just in case. I suggest saving them if you have room in your inventory, in case they are used for a quest later on. I think you're ahead of me storywise. Too bad Bioware didn't give us a storage chest in Skyhold, so you and I wouldn't have to worry about whether to keep an item or two. Good luck fellow Inquisitor!
I hope these don't turn out vital - I sold mine, as well as the bag of door splinters from bashing down gates. That was another red bag item...
You need three red bag stuff (the first of which you get during Sera's recruitment quest) for an easter egg item. You get the schematics at one point.

The red loot items are in crafting materials at least, so only take up one inventory spot per type. Turns out I kept the sad splinters and just sold the bag of laundry. The splinters are stacking in inventory, so it might be possible to craft the banana on a stick with just splinters, if there are enough things to smash.
I always used the secret entrance to the keeps instead of bashing in the front door.
