I really enjoyed every little thing in Inquisition about the Hero of Ferelden who i saw as "myself". And when you speak to Morrigan she talked about sending a message to him to see if he could help the Inquisition.
But after that nothing happened. Did i miss something? Even a little bit of dialog would be nice.

I think that it's through dialogue with Leliana that this opens up. It's just a War Table mission, though. The Warden sends you a message with an update on his/her location and explanation about why s/he can't join you. In mine, he also mentioned still having Zevran with him. I'm assuming it's different for the other three romances since they all appear in DA: I, right?

Yeah, Leliana provided that mission in my case.
it takes 16 hours xD But its worth it. You get a fairly long message from the warden if you go into your codex.
Edit: In mine. she asked the inquisition to keep ferelden safe for her king's sake.

The early mentions of the Hero of Ferelden kind of weird me out.
Cass and Leliana were searching for him to possibly lead the Inquisition? The guy who claims Andraste is a myth? The guy who abandons the Wardens (TWICE!) to chase after a woman? Ultra reliable and moderate guy, that one.
The other mentions work. Morrigan would naturally talk about him. And Leliana talking about being there at the defeat of the Archdemon.

The mission on the war table to find the Hero of Ferelden came indeed from Leliana. In my case he was searching for a way to free the wardens from the calling with the help of a clue Morrigan gave to him.
If there really is nothing after Morrigans message then that is a tad disappointing. Feels like a wasted opportunity which could habe been used at least for a war table mission.
Too bad Alistair's content is mostly Grey Warden-route based. My Warden married him and placed him as King, and he made a 10-second cameo. Would have been nice to hear someone comment on the disappearance of the Queen.
Queen-Consort if at all. So who cares?
I think it's only fair he makes an equal appearance, since as warden you get a whole quest line with him.
I like how the letter ends if you're the same race. For my inquisitor it was "In closing, I wish you luck. I came from Orzammar and not the Carta families but I know well how easily the humans overlook our kind. Fight well, remember the stone, and you will do our people proud."
I like that too. It's there if you were both elves, though it's a tad awkward if you do it after the Well because your Warden will use shelmen slur in reference to humans. Yeaaah, about that, Wardy.
I also wish King Alistair had a bit more to say about the warden I mean damn say something about your wife anything?

Would have been nice to hear any comment by him on the romanced HoF at all (that's different from the non-romanced). I just killed him off and he hasn't said a single word about the love of his life that ultimate sacrificed herself to save all of Ferelden. I didn't even get the chance to ask him about her.

That's with Leliana, not after speaking to Morrigan. The Morrigan thing just sort of went nowhere. She tells the Inquisitor she'll send the HoF a message, but nothing comes from it.
Hawke fanboys/fangirls got a lot more out of the cameo in Inquisition than Hero of Ferelden fanboys/fangirls did, that's for certain.

I completely agree. It was kind of depressing seeing him for 30 seconds and then just getting "letters" after that. I like to imagine (well since Bioware didn't give us a lot like with when he is a Grey Warden) that he was pissed and heartbroken that his Queen (the Warden) left and he took it out on Fiona. Still, it would have been nice if Bioware actually made an effort with him as King like they did with his Grey Warden act. One thing that makes me so mad about Bioware is that they rip more questions open than answer. I just hope that in due time, they answer all these questions like in the next game (hopefully there will be one).
