[Tarot Redhand]

For interests sake I just found this extracted from the rolovault area to the main area of the new vault. Turkey Feast.

Wasn't a fan of the frankenstein head which was pulled directly from the DLA ruby golem, so I decided to finish the model off by changing that element. I modeled it based on an image from deviant art. The eyes are single emitter dots with txi water blur (same dot as used in my weapon vfx builder for gmax). The forearms and hands are a single part, originally the combination of Aatrox hands from LoL and the DLA ruby golem arms. The animation set is that of the OC mithril golem.

 

I might not actually release the sword bearing warrior, since it is nothing but a shrunken down DLA ruby golem with ice texture, fixed to the human animation series, and given a (bad) on-model sword. Maybe...not sure.

 

I also probably won't release my ice wizard yet, because he's not much more than the ghoul model, again linked to the human animation series, with an ice texture. If I have some time soon, I will upgrade both of them, customizing them and making them more unique, and then release them separately.

 

In the meantime, I am calling the "Ice Brute" complete, and am shipping him in a big box. He's no Marshmallow!

Nice... but, umm, esthetically it seems a little top heavy and unbalanced. It's fantasy I suppose, so it doesn't really matter.

Not sure when golems have not been top heavy or unbalanced. That is the magic of ...well magic: it defies gravity.

This can happen if you try to use the clipboard image. The actual screenshot is saved as a .tga file in your nwn > screenshots folder.

Saint Nicholas, aside from being the patron saint of children, prostitutes and pirates, got himself in jail quite a few times

He famously appears in the historical record at the council of Nicaea. More specifically, he famously appears at this time by punching someone out. As it just so happens, it turns out punching people out in front of the Roman emperor is against the law.

This would not be the last time Saint Nick was thrown in jail.

As textures on their own are clearly not working in game and I created them while experimenting for possible submissions to this CCC, I have uploaded the coloured ice textures I created to the new vault.

 

 

 

There are 17 (8 small (64x64) and 9 large (512x512)) textures in both tga and dds format. They can be downloaded from here.
