If the PC patch is delayed for console reasons I'm willing to denounce and never buy another Bioware game right now..
It would be fairest to release patch same time for all when so many are waiting it.

Nothing fair at all. Delaying fixing a broken PC game like DA:I on pc for reasons completely unrelated to the platform is the opposite of fair.
Hey if you're cool being ignored and mistreated by a corporation like EA that way, feel free to do so. I for one cannot as I have high standards. Something many of you are lacking. As does Bioware apparently.
Unfortunately, the same treatment will be offered to you by the most companies on the market. I don't enjoy an idea of my high standards compromising my hobby. 'Vote with you wallets' is nothing more than a dream at this point.
This patch is late about 3 weeks, because this game deserved much longer testing.
I want to see this patch as soon as possible.

Well their game is broken and PC gamers are not only one's waiting for patches to fix the broken game. I'm tired of waiting and I'd be very disappointed if the first patch was PC only.

If the first patch was PC only there would be no need for you to be disappointment. It all comes down to sony/microsoft patch approval. Let them roll patches in completion order, no need to create image of fair treatment (which in reality is not fair at all, but masses really like this kind of moves)

Speaking as someone from both sides of the fence (my initial playthroughs of DAO and DA2 were both on Xbox, went full PC this gen), they should get the PC patch out as soon as possible. There's no verifying, no extra hurdles they have to go through, and PC players are experiencing more technical issues overall than console players, it would seem. Some of them can't even start the game, despite having completely adequate systems.
I had to put my DA2 game on hold for like 2 months to wait for a patch when it originally came out, while PC players got the patch almost immediately. It sucked... but so do all the hoops they have to jump through to get a patch out on PSN or xbox live versus origin.
But as of now im annoyed that the most broken pc version after 3 weeks of release dont have any patch till now...
And now that hackers cracked their mighty denuvo drm i feel like we gonna wait even more... and you know what? Im kind of happy, i never liked their corporate crap.
^ Haha, it's probably because of consoles and that Sony & M$ have to ''test'' it on PS4 and Xone, so PC player have to wait too..
Don't see why that should be the case. What does it matter if PC gets it before the others. When all mmos can get a patch out within a week of launching new content, single player games should be able to do the same.
It would be fairest to release patch same time for all when so many are waiting it.
It's the same kind of fair that lowers the resolution on one console because another can't play it.
Same game for everyone, yay.

I'm still positive that last gen consoles have more problems than PC in general.
I'm still positive that last gen consoles have more problems than PC in general.
I'm almost as positive that the only fix for those problems is upgrading to a PS4 or Xbone, unfortunately.
They can pop a patch on Origin tonight, if they wanted to. Getting them through MS or Sony's approval process takes a lot longer.
Jeez, all this "fair" Talk. PC costs 60 or 70 bucks, same as console, yet on console 30 or 40% of that goes to the console manufacturer. That's not the case on pc. It's free thus EA is getting more money from us. What people here are saying is that the patch is delayed waiting for "console manufacturer" approval. Such thing doesn't exist on PC, which indicates willful withholding of said patch for an indefinite amount of time waiting on something that has 0 to do with the game on the platform. What exactly of all this sounds even close to the definition of "fairness"?

Lol I'm not going to believe that since they released the game on old gen. Texture-pop in's, small text size, dialogue skipping problems, sound clitches, even freezing and crashing and corrupted save files should be fixable. If they aren't then there is time for refund petitition.

I believe that PC version costs 10 to 15 euros less, at least here, when PS3 version is as expensive as PS4. Which would mean 50 euros to PC, 60 to 70 euros to all consoles.
Of cource they should pop out patches as fast they can but it has been so long. It'd be very unfair at this point suddenly go for PC patch and leave console players hanging. We are tired of waiting as well.
When they contain so many issues? Any reputable company would release a patch within a few days.
In this case we only got empty promises so far, it's even worse than Ubisoft. We had to wait two weeks just to know there would be a patch at some point (3 if one believes the video, I won't hold my breath).
The newest Assassin's Creed is getting their fourth patch here soon, if they haven't received it already. Ubisoft may have released a buggy game but they've been patching AND are giving their customers a free DLC as an apology (doesn't help those that purchased the season pass type thing they had that includes all the dlc but still).
I know I've mentioned it before but after seeing how the Sims 4 team (who works for EA) jumped on the problems with the game and have been communicating and interacting with the player base, this experience with Bioware has been a big disappointment.

Might be. They did release it - it was just an awful idea. I've said it before, cash grab by EA.
Have you played Shadow of Mordor on the old gen systems versus current gen? The thing's gutted. Hardly the same game. It's not just just the visuals that suffer. Every other version of the game requires an exponentially more powerful cpu and tons more memory, much more powerful GPU. It's surprising that the game runs at all.

oy vey, you are just living in your own little world. It means the patches are ready and the pc one is sitting for no reason, therefore discriminating against PC customers. PC release is in the their hands, console stuff depends on their console overlords. Apples and oranges, but they might as well be cucumbers, doubt you'd be able to even tell the difference.
Now that the Denuvo DRM is cracked we should ask the hackers who accomplished that if they are willing to put a patch together to fix the critical bugs for the PC players of the game...

I'm not concerned on new gen games since I'm not planning on moving new gen, not any point yet. DAI was sold for PS3 and I'm excepting it to work like PS3 games do. Not like some buggy pirate game.

I don't remember how they did it with Dragon Age 2, but it seems like the PC patches may have been released before the console ones as the console patches had to wait for approval. It makes sense to do it that way, and I honestly don't see how it hurts console users in any way as long as the patch comes in a reasonable timeframe. I'm playing on console, and I have no problem with PC players getting a patch earlier. That should, I feel, be one of the benefits of having a game on PC, not having to wait for third parties like Sony and Microsoft.
Fits for so many different situations:

Most PS3 games were developed for the PS3. They're scaled up for new gen or PC. It is very clear that DAI was actually developed primarily with PC and new gen systems in mind (and if I remember, the announcement that they'd hit old systems came some time after the initial announcement for PC and new gen. I could be wrong), and scaled down. Unsuccessfully.
Eventually, you've got to upgrade. If the primary platform were old gen systems, the game would be far, far inferior on powerful PCs or new gen systems, and everyone would be held back. There's a reason why DAI runs far more beautifully and stably on my PC than Skyrim (a game from 2011) does.
Fingers crossed, though.

Well I don't have to upgrade really until my PS3 brokes down or until ME4 anyways nor I'm planning to. I have fully working system with endless games for it (few thousands anyways) so there is no point really. As customer point of view when I'm buying PS3 game all I care about is how that game is in PS3 and I except it to be PS3 quality. It's cross-gen game and should be done as such, I'm as much deserving customers as new gen one's since I'm paying as much.

That would be great and sad at the same time.
Nah. A number of people are posting they are on their second and third playthru. Which indicates to me there are no blocking type of bugs where a player cannot continue the game in some way.
I know a person affected by 1, where they get stuck at the start sequence in the fade.
