I like Cassandra's and Cullen's but I've only personally played the game once and I did Cassandra. It was great, although after the early events in the game I expected her romance to be more passionate and less about the ideal romance. Her romance scene was still good though. I like how she clings to her idealisms. I interpreted it as something she does to find comfort in the world, and PC being by her side makes her feel safer.
So who's your favorite romance so far?...

I've only done Cullen and... I'm surprised to say it managed to tie with Alistair and Garrus as my favorite bioware romance. I hold those to extremely high standards... so... that says a lot 
I've watched Cassandra's romance on youtube, and found it to be really good as well. I also have a female dwarf ready for Iron Bull

I have to say, I love all of the male romances, and Cassandra's. They're all different, but the depth of passion that each character has for their lover is sublime.
Granted I don't have as much knowledge of Sera's romance, since her personality is off-putting for me, but she's pretty hysterical for a friend, too.
I like Josephine, but she was a little too vanilla for me. A lovely character and I enjoyed playing as her friend, but I'm not interested in romancing her.
