Hello,

 

I recently defated the dragon in the Hinterlands and by exploring around I noticed the docks area with a boat and some nice loot in it(materials mostly). 

 

Scanning the area revaled 2x ladders(one is obvious and the other one is hidden behind the inner wall as presumably a way back in case you make it in there) that are up the burning excavation site that looks like a quarry. However, I'm not able to jump in that site from any possible angle I tried.

 

Do anyone know what I'm talking about and have succeeded with it?
