Does rift magic draw it's power from fade rifts? If so, what will happen when the inquisitor has closed the Breach and all of the rifts? Will rift magic stop working?

Fade rifts are not something introduced in Inquisition; they've existed as far back as DA:O. In Awakening, there's a marsh infested by creatures of the veil much like the rifts the Inquisitor closes. There are places in the world where the rift is naturally weaker that lets demon seep through. Being that the barrier between the two worlds is somewhat fragile as it is, it's safe to say that no - Rift mages will never run out of power.
