Survival/Roguelike.  Offline is fine.

 

 

You should play Hatoful Boyfriend. I have never flapped so hard to a game before.

I've been really enjoying it, despite the fact that it's literally impossible to beat.  The point is to draw out reaching fail state as long as possible.

Lots of exploration, collection, and crafting.  I assume I'll eventually get to a point where I have enough resources to be self-sustaining.

I'm not there yet.

I just picked up Don't Starve on Steam.  I can't stop playing it.

 

I haven't touched that game since early Alpha. I should really get back into it and see how it's evolved since then!

Despite being the fan Survival Horror games, I dont like them in FPV. The only FPV game I played was FEAR. BUT I like the story and everything in it, other than the view point. I MAY try it.

Its more survival, there isn't THAT much horror in it. The main draw is how immersive it is. I highly recommend it. It is very well crafted, and extremely underrated. It deserves a lot more praise than it gets

RPG Operas are my favourite.  Mass Effect was a space opera.  Love the indepth of a world.  Stories, emotions.  Until of course the studio pisses on those emotions, but i won't get into that in this thread.

Those are my favourite gameplay styles!  (can maybe explore with combat mechanics)  (What about a Mass Effect story style game with Mortal Kombat or soul caliber fight mechanics?)
