Well, I remember something in Haven: When entering the village, there was a guy that would disappear into the ground like descending stairs and pop again 1 meter further and 1 second later. Happened EVERYtime.

When I was doing Sera's prank quest and we were in Cullen's room she kept saying that he was gone but he was right there in the room with us just walking around, checking his books and stuff.

Dwarf chick and human male voice switch (they're mouths move for each others' lines only.) ALL of the conversations between them are like this.
Solas dancing the leg-spasm dance on the red lyrium during the prologue even as Varric says "whatever you do, DON'T TOUCH IT"
Sliding down a ladder, Solas drops beside me. No landing animation. No ladder use. Just there. "Sup."
Amusing/tragic - dragon landing in Hinterlands, every single party member shoved into the ground. Can't control them as they spaz out, but DO get to watch their limbs and necks rapidly distend in crazy directions.

Sometimes my followers decide to simply teleport in front of me instead of running to catch up. On several occasions I've gotten spooked and instinctively tried to attack them because they caught me off-guard.
Good job I don't have friendly-fire active.

Also had a Ram flying through the air once for no particular reason.
I got that one too! I was about to shoot it for a quest, and then bam, it flew straight upwards and got away.
I also had a serious, meaningful discussion with Cullen about his lyrium problem ... during which the camera stayed pointed at the underside of his desk the entire time. I am pretty sure that's not meant to happen.

I had one where I was trying to recruit an agent and a pack of wolves randomly appeared right next to us. I'm thinking, "Oh, what luck. They'll leave me alone." NOPE! Those five wolves just came barreling over and start attacking us as I'm still talking to the guy. The screen goes black, the sounds of intense battle are going on, and as the cut scene loads, I see the guy kneel down and my Inky... Has a wolf head sticking out of her face. I'm pretty much dying at this point, but then my character moves her head just a little and all hell breaks loose. I just see this barrage of limps flying in the background as my Inky's face distorts in to something you wouldn't see in nighmares. I write this from beyond the grave.
I love the flying characters one too. Nothing says epic like a super-powered entrance.

That's pretty hilarious. It reminds me of the encounter with the spirit trapped in a gem in the Brecilian forest ruins in Origins. As the Warden is talking to this gem, you might get some of the undead standing there if you don't kill them all, waiting politely before they attack once the scene is over. XD

In one of Iron Bull's quests. I had this great bug where Gatt didn't appear and didn't say his lines in the cut scene where Iron Bull has to decide to call a retreat or not. When Gatt was supposed to be speaking, instead the camera would pan to seemingly random scenery for a few seconds, then back to Bull, who'd say his lines properly. It was like:
(several seconds of rainfall on flowers)
Iron Bull stares off in the distance
(several seconds of mountaintop)
Iron Bull says "They're my men..."
(several seconds of rain falling in the grass)
Iron Bull says "If they do that, they'll die..."
(several seconds of sky)
I was like... what's this weird artistic crap that's going on? Since the Bull is already kind of crazy, I thought it might be legit until I was given the choice to respond to dialog that clearly hadn't occurred. It was pretty hilarous.

Before I got bored and changed to spirit mage, I fade-stepped off the map in the Hinterlands. He fell through nothingness for a few seconds and popped back up in the same general area. I checked the exploration map, and there was a perfectly straight line extending way off the edge of the map and then another beside it for the trip back.

omg... I am at work and this thread made me shiver (I want to laugh but I really can't. That feel
)
I have encontered some bugs, not that funny though. When your char is climbing up a ladder, then fast travel to anywhere you want within the same map. Your char would be climbing up an invisble ladder after the fast travel, only to drop from an invisible platform...
Some peasants in Haven would stand like the Orlesian nobles. Clearly, Haven are full of invisible nobles. It is not as bad as Josie suggests.
As a warrior (playing on console), I found myself mastered the art of teleport. When I auto-attack an enemy, which is unfortunately knocked back by companions, I would teleport to the enemy's current position to continue auto-attacking.

One time my Inquisitor was talking to Cullen in his Skyhold room and a random female NPC kept strolling through the room and out through the other door (walking right between Cullen and the Inq - I mean how rude). She did it about 4 or 5 times in a row, so it totally looked like she kept running around the corner and coming back in, thinking "Cullen will notice my assets this time, I'm sure of it!"
Also, if you romance Blackwall you can grab a quick kiss at the side of the barn/stable. The past few times I've done it, Dennet just pops up in the middle of the screen and stands uncomfortably close to my Inquisitor for a few seconds. I know it's a barn, but jeez, give them some privacy, Dennet.
That reminds me of Mass Effect 3 when Kaidan or Ashley get hurt and are in the hospital. Shepard makes this really heartfelt speech on how they know they will recover and come back. While that happens some Doctor comes in and awkwardly stands there really close to Shepard it's like "Yes? Can i help you?"

well my most amusing is the jump and interact bug i roam around maps in that mode.
next would be sir woosely running through wall of his pen and getting teleported to the other side only to run back over to the wall phase through it, teleport back to the other side of the pen............ over and over and over again.
and my most hated was i chose a male elf but i have these tinny tiny little girl arms.

I encountered only few minor bugs so far.
Some crimes against the fashion:
And Trevelyan's flying circus:
I also had a bug when the upper half of my rogue was in stealth, while the lower half was perfectly visible
Sadly, I didn't take a screenshot of it.

Lol, yeah that was really taking me out of the conversation.
Another is when the requisitions officer in the camp is buried chest deep into the ground.
Inquisitor: What is it?
Req officer: See for yourself, sir.
This one had me cracking up.
If you have a moment, I'd like you to pull me out of the ground

I have encountered a few (beheaded soldiers fighting in the background when having a serious conversation with Cassandra or Cullen, teleporting NPCs, cullen sliding from one end to the room to the other, glitching inside the other mage when I talk to connor, awkward and incorrect camera angles...) but haven't screenshotted many of them. I do have these documented:

I have only encountered the float glitch during/after convos and Cassandra being tossed into the air by dragons. It did catch me offguard. I was like what is flying through the air? Oh it's Cassandra... lmao My Inquisitor once took the ride himself.

There is a shopkeep in Orlais after you advance far enough who has a woman's head on a man's body. Their face is behind a mask, and it appears to be horribly glued to the back of it if you look at it from the side. It just oozes around back there when they move. I have no screenshot of that but I did manage to catch a couple other graphical glitches,
Like this headless inquisition soldier trainee:
And his friend:
But the worst was this orbiting left arm pauldron on my human mage inquisitor's enchantor armor:
That one really made some of the more dramatic and serious scenes very silly. I can't decide if I'm more annoyed or amused by it, but I hope it doesn't make a reappearance in my new playthrough.

This has happened to me a couple of times, the worst of them being in the dark caves and some parts of Fallow Mire, since they don't have visible health bars. This ain't dead space. Stop leaping out of the shadows, dammit.

And there was this one time when I was fighting a bandit in a cave. I ended up flying through him to the back of it.
