My mage revive ability only succeeds about 10% of the time. I am in tactical camera, I am targeting correctly, the target is often alone, the ability goes into cooldown so I know it fired, yet the target does not revive. Is this a known (PS4) bug or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help!

That's strange, my revivals are always working properly and even when I don't put the character inside area marker they are revived. (PC)
The only idea would be question whether your revival ability is upgraded? They do tend to die again before getting up and this happens especially during boss fights (dragons) with massive aoe dmg.
