I don't know what's happened to my saved game....

I was in tactical cam when the game glithed out, I was falling through nothing then suddenly hit the ground and lost all my health. The game then said there was an error and through me out to the ps home screen, I reloaded it and get to the title screen where it says 'press options'. I press options then get a message that says 'game data appears to be damaged and cannot be loaded', I press x to ok the message then I'm given a message to accept the EA terms and conditions.... I don't want to accept it as I think it will completely lose my save game....

Can anyone help? Is there any hope in keeping my save?
