I've been walking for a couple of hours around Emprise du Lion, it says 15 of 16 regions found and I can't figure out where the last region is supposed to be. I've found all landmarks. Maybe it's tied to another quest or something? Is it a bug? I really don't know

I'm having the the same problem. I've ran around the whole map too.
There's a dark spot in the middle of my map but I've tried everything to get to it and seems like you just can't reach it

I'm at a loss for where I missed a 16th region. I've even purposely jumped off the bridge and off cliffs

I just found my 16th region, it might be the same you're missing.
It's called Drakons tower and can be found here where my cursor is:

In case the pic doesn't work look for Drakons rise camp and run east from there. Past valeskas watch (but don't go inside it, run past it). You'll notice the area looks like a rectangle or square on the map? Drakons tower is on the bottom middle or south edge of the square.

Yeah, that's probably what I'm missing =/ I will make a run for that tomorrow and check

I wish they had a map with the regions colored different colors so it's an easier guide.
I'm missing a region in the exalted plains and I've literally ran all over the map for 3hrs at least.

The exalted plains region thingy might be bugged. There have been several reports that a lot of people have been missing 1 region there. You can check other threads.

Yeah I'm missing one in exalted plains aswell. I kinda wish the official guide had a region walkthrough on a maps, showing where the regions are. It would help in most instances

Ah that would make sense lol. I was missing 2 but then I found the grotto.

I agree lol. The book only shows bottles and mosiacs and such like that.
Speaking of bugs, does anyone else have issues with the conversations? Sometimes it freezes on me and I have to skip and miss some of it.

Also, the Highland Ravager is in the NE corner of the map in a region (actually a stadium) called Leontine's Ring.  Unless you're hugging the cliffs, Drake's Tower (above), and unless you're out to kill a dragon, this location, are both easy to miss.

Thanks.  My map showed I'd already looked all around there.  Obviously not near enough to the tower to trigger a region discovery !  I concur it is a pity no one has created maps with the regions shown, or found a way to identify which regions we have missed.

Did you enter Valeska's Watch? It's located near the Tower of Bone.

If you collect all the shards in the Emprise, you will automatically complete all the regions. Just saying.
