Zaeed looks meaner and tougher than Grunt or SuZe could ever hope to be.
But Zaeed's Profile on the Mass Effect 2 website has him listed as AGE 40.
Yet the In-Game Character honestly looks like he's pushing 60. it might be those wrinkly lips...
I feel like there is such a huge difference between the concept art and the actual thing. I love the voice acting and style of him, don't get me wrong. I just feel like the ball was dropped when it came to his face.
I'm just wondering how the community felt about Zaeeds appearance. I personally wish a patch or something could come out to fix Massani's face. Because it's either that or he's wearing a helmet my entire game.

Zaeed Massani's Age? EPIC FAIL.

Hey, if a man parties or works hard, sometimes it shows on his face. That's a man you know hasn't taken many vacation days, lol

Nah, his face sells the uber-scary badass that he is. Keep him ugly.

Being a Bounty Hunter in the future must be hard then...plus he's got that huge scar on top of it

Being a battle hardened soldier/mercenary generally tends to create some wrinkles

I don't want to see a 130-140 year old.

Incredible stress makes you look older faster.
Look at the two most recent US presidents before/during/after office. (Before/during for President Obama, of course.) Stress ages quickly.

I was gonna say, if you started bounty hunting at 20, and had been doing it for 20 years, you'd look like that too. Just look at Dog, that guy looks tore up.

I agree, considering that 40 isn't much older than Shepard (And in the ME universe, that is still relatively young for a human) he definitely looks mid-50's I thought. Stupid name for him as well - sounds like something they picked out of a random name generator.
But sometimes these things don't translate well from ideas to conception. I mean, TIM is supposed to have close cropped silver hair and a hard, chiseled face except they gave him a brown quaff and the face of Martin Sheen...What?

Look at Farve, athletes/warriors/soldiers tend to wear out

The best example of this probably has to be good 'ol Abe Lincoln.

I'd imagine it would look the same as someone who is 60-70 today. I don't think their oldness goes beyond the spectrum in terms of looks, ME humans just age more slowly.Dave of Canada wrote...

Who cares how old he is in relation to his appearance, his different sized irises make up for it all.

I have to admit the OP does have a point about Zaeed having a beard... I do, indeed, believe he would rock one.

I am not seeing the problem. He looks perfect to me. It reminds me of the hardass Sergeant played by Tom Berenger in Platoon. He couldn't have been more than 30 years old but looked weathered, scarred, mean and worn. He could have been 40 years old or more.

I figured he looked that way not cause he was old but because he's seen some serious action. Dude just has a bunch of awesome battle scars.

He tanned a lot when he was younger.

I think he looks like he could easily be 40. His scars, dead looking eye, and just looking like a battle worn face make him appear a bit older.
