What i found funny about the website profiles is that it says grunt is 22, when he is obviously not. He is basically born when/if you take him out of the tank. Age is judged from birth not conception and i am also fairly sure he hasn't been in that tank for 22 years.

im sure what the devs mean is he was created to be in that age range. full grown, build like a rock, and capable of doing his share. I wouldnt want a 1 yr old grunt by my side .  i get what your saying tho, and you right. Who cares tho why cant we just go with it :..P

how would a 1 yr old Krogan look like... would it be cute or like a snail ??? who knows ?  hopefully mass effect 3 answers my question .

He definately was in that tank for a while, if not, being 22 doesn't make sense. Krogan live well over a millenia, I doubt that their "Puberty" and transition to adulthood is within their first few decades.

Tuchanka is not a world that would take kindly to a race that spends decades in a "dependent" state.  From an evolutionary biology standpoint, krogan would have to hit their adult, breeding years fast to survive on a harsh world.

Obviously some people have never been to a beach in southern Florida. I met a 35 year old woman one day that looked like an elephant skin rug. She smoked 15 packs a day, and sat out in the sun for 12 hours a day. She could have easily been mistaken for 75.



Zaeed is a battle hardened soldier who's done a lot of crazy stuff. hard work takes it's toll as other people have said. He looks 10 times better in game than on concept, He'd be a douche is he looked like what he does in the concept art. He looks like a beatnik in the concept art.



Plus, he got shot in the effin face, I doubt you'd come away from that looking great.

So the age is but under expectations...How is this an "EPIC FAIL?"



A real "EPIC FAIL" would putting Zaeed in your squad and having him walk on top of the map while not using any weapons or powers.



Epic fail gets thrown around way too often anymore.

Let's do the math. Zaeed is 40. He was shot by Vido 20 years ago making him 20 then. They had been running the blue suns for 5 years when Vido betrayed him so they must have founded the Blue Suns when Zaeed was 15. According to his profile he had previously served in the Alliance military so he must have joined around age 10 or 11. Now THATS badass!!! Or, maybe Bioware got his age wrong!!! Can't they just FIX the damn entry?

Bah, all the age indications on the Mass Effect site are ridiculous. If we have to believe Bioware, every person that has been in your squad is older than Shepard.

I know this guy who is only 27 years old and has the amount of gray hairs you'd find on a 50 year old. Stress tends to make people look older than they actually are. Plus getting shot in the face would also make you look older. I saw this Iraq veteran who was shot in the head and the way his face healed up made him look older.

seconding the stress wrinkles, I had grey hair when i came back from iraq it went away but I still look about 5 years older than i am though. also shot in the effing face
