Bought the regular edition, but would love to get my hands on that flaming sword, is it possible to buy it as dlc, no? Or is there a any other sword in the game with an equal effect? Preferably 2-handed.
Any way to get the flames of the inquistion weapons without the deluxe edit?

You are in the wrong section friend. This area of the forums is regarding the multiplayer weapons and armour customization.
But I hope not, since it was a pre-order incentive.

Occasionally games will re-release these bonuses as DLC, you are right. I am not aware of Bioware having done so, however.
If it is any consolation, unlike the DLC gear in Dragon Age 2, these items do not level with you. I only used them for about a half-hour, and most of that was spent picking Elfroot.

You're not really missing out here. The armor does look cool but will replaced soon enough with something better as you loot.
