this quest is bugged.. See other post about this several people are in the same loop that I am in.  ALL quests are complete in the entire zone. The High dragon is dead and re talked to researcher frederic... YET it still says find frederic.. All bandits have been killed several times.. all quests he required were completed or we would not have had a chance to kill the dragon which I did. then returned to him to still have hiim say  another time or .. my char. question Do youknow of any other dragons.. in which he talks about a  smaller dragon in the area.. NO one claims to have seen or killed a 2nd dragon small or large only the large one. HOW do we complete this area or PLEASE FIX the quest so it wilL COMPLETE when we retalk to him after the dragon kill.. HE refuses to update.... HELP .. please BIOWARE help us .. so tired of not completing an area becuz of one little thing like this.
