I've seen a lot of threads around the beautiful Tarot cards and decided to go through the saves of my first playthrough to get screenshots of all the ones I got. Here they are:

 

Blackwall: beginning - during companion quest (gone) - after companion quest - romance

Cassandra: beginning - romance - ending (Divine) - ending (Divine, gone)

Cole: beginning - after companion quest (ghost) - after companion quest (more human)

Cullen: beginning

Dorian: beginning - after companion quest - romance

Iron Bull: beginning - after companion quest (Chargers saved) - after companion quest (Chargers sacrificed) - romance

Josephine: beginning

Leliana: beginning

Sera: beginning - after companion quest (playing pranks) - romance

Solas: beginning - romance - ending (gone)

Varric: beginning - after companion quest - ending (after wicked grace)

I also have a few questions:

 

Do the advisor cards change when you romance them or when Leliana becomes Divine? Answer: They don't. (source: DracoAngel)

 

Are there any other cards I'm missing?

I don't have a link, but IB's card changes to him marching in line with other Qunari if you sacrifice the Chargers... it also gives you a nagging feeling of being a bad person for the rest of the game T-T

Cole is all white if you go the spirit route. Same pose.

That's just her after quest card. If it's what people got when they were in a romance with her then I'm not sure there's such a thing as romance cards, as opposed to "after character quest" cards.

Well take it up with the DA wiki I guess. I can confirm that the Solas card is the right romance one as post-game I had the card x-ed out.

Can't remember when exactly it was, but I definitely didn't romance her and I have that card. Did you eat cookies with her? Maybe it's tied to approval? Dunno.

It's what you get for pulling pranks with her. Her romance card is likely something else.

Vivi: Made divine(didn't add her back to the party)

 

 

Solas: Romanced

Cole: Made more spirit

Vivi: After companion quest and helping her make the potion with the Wyvern heart(don't know if there is another one if you choose to give her a regular heart)

 

 

 

Dorian: Completed Companion quest

Varric: Completed Companion quest and played wicked grace

Cassandra: Made Divine

Cole: More human

Solas: Completed Companion quest and left party

Iron Bull: Saved him men

 

Sera: Did companion quest and played the pranks on advisors

And as far as I know Josie, Cullen or Leliana's card don't change. I know Cullen's didn't change when I romanced him. His codex entry changed though to reflect the relationship in the form of a letter from his sister

You're missing a Dorian variation, where you tell him to forget about his father. The snake one only occurrs if you encourage him to reconcile and forgive his father and by extension Tevinter.

Oh you're right. That's awkward haha. I could've sworn my Dorian card was more inviting, It was was his initial card but closer with a smiling facial expression.

 

Then again I did play DAI with virtually no sleep for four days, so I wonder what else I've imagined haha.

I sacrificed the Chargers in my run btw and Bull's card actually looks far more positive with him re-affirmed to the Qun... I'm kinda worried about my next play through; I planned to save the Chargers. Does Bull become more melodramatic with a crisis of faith? In my run, he was really quite up beat, even after the death of the Chargers. >.>

Did u lie yo get him there? Or did u inform him about the letter before going? I always wondered if maybe that played a factor or not. Each time I always told him about the letter from his father
