Varric as the Lovers. It sadly fits his personal quest (but it makes me sad since I find this the worst card in tarot).

My character (female Qunari) has done the prank stuff with Sera, got the cookie scene, the kiss, did the "A Woman Who Wants For Nothing" quest, and had Sera with her on the balcony just before the credits... but Sera's card is still the arrow-between-legs one (The Star?) and not The Hanged Man. Is this a bug? Did this happen to anyone else?

The Wheel of Fortune. Not sure which card the Qun one represents.

His Qun is a minor arcana. Something like the ten of swords, forgot the precise card. If people like I can list out the cards for the companion minor arcana when I get home. Only one I remember ATM is that Viv is the Queen of cups for her quest card.

You have the final Varric card as 'after card game'. What card game? There was no card game in my play through even though I have the final card for him.

 

Also, as a matter of interest, can you still do the companion quests after the final main quest? I am putting off the final quest but can't seem to trigger many of the companion quests.

Oh wow, you didn't get the card game? You missed out on that one! If you don't mind a spoiler, here a video of it.

Card game is his last companion event where he gets most of your companions to play cards (I was missing three, but I don't know if it is possible to get them to ever show up table was full though). Varric's card changes after finishing his deep roads quest, which I think is the event immediatly prior.

No companion quests after beating the game. If you aren't getting quests or events then you probably need more affection assuming you are right on the cusp of the final quest.

I have heard or read on the boards the companion quest are NOT available after end of game

Well, that sucks. I wonder what I did to ****** Varric off so much. I even destroyed every single red lyrium cluster on the map. The same is true with Dorian and Iron Bull - their companion quests never happened. 

 

Since we have already announced spoilers, let me list them (I can't remember the names of the quests, so these are just descriptions):

 

Cassandra: Finding the Seekers.

Vivienne: The white wyvern. Was that all? There didn't seem much character development in this one.

Sera: Confronting a nobleman who betrayed her after the Verchiel march. 

Blackwall: the Thom Rainer affair

Solas: ? I haven't had anything from Solas at all

Dorian: ? I did the quest to find the 3 Venatori but had nothing since

Iron Bull: ? I met his crew. Was that it?

Varric: Wasn't his quest the one with Bianca?

Cole: Giving him the amulet. 

 

Are these correct?

Wow. Dorian's and Cassandra's cards are absolutely gorgeous. I wish they could have made the in-game art style similar to the style of these cards.

Sera: Confronting a nobleman who betrayed her after the Verchiel march. <-- there is supposed to be something about eating cookies and playing pranks but I didn't get that either, probably because my Dalish inquisitor hated Sera with a passion and vice versa

Blackwall: the Thom Rainer affair

Solas: ? I haven't had anything from Solas at all <-- there is a dream sequence and then a bit where you rescue a friend, I got that very late in the game, you have to talk with him about the fade a lot

Dorian: ? I did the quest to find the 3 Venatori but had nothing since <-- there is quest around his family, happend for me after I did the Redcliff quest with the mages

Iron Bull: ? I met his crew. Was that it? <-- there is another bit with the Qunari

Varric: Wasn't his quest the one with Bianca?

Cole: Giving him the amulet.

You may need to talk to them more, almost all have more content. Make sure you talk to them after any story event, multiple times in case they have more than one thing to say, and explore all dialogue trees with each person.

Mostly just the art direction, though "painterly" graphics might be interesting.

I'm a little confused by Cassandra's romance card? What does it mean exactly? Pouring water from a chalice, and blood?

We can only hope the Keep for DAI recognizes the romance flag. I can live without the card, but I don't want to recreate 70hs of playthrough manually.
