Mine are ,in no particular order , Arcane horror, Revenants and fear demons. which ones did you guys find the most annoying to fight

Despair demons which I hate the most because they jump back and forth, Wraths I also hate because of their shields and numbers, and usually those heavy venatori with shields.

Fear demons for number one, no questions asked. If you're unfortunate, you can pretty much be stunlocked to death by their popping-up-from-the-ground-attack. Next would be Archers, since I almost always never see one as they slowly snipe my party to death. Last would be Guardians since their shields make it really hard to do anything to them and their constant movements make it hard for you to attack their backs for long periods of time.

 

EDIT: Actually, the above poster reminded me of the dreadful Despair demons, which I agree are pretty terrible enemies to face.

Whatever the red Templars are with the two spiikey arms that can stealth? Are they the shadows? Being a dw rogue assassin, I can put down soft targets like a boss. Thief type mobs are suppose to be soft. But for some reason these guys seem to be all but immune to a stealth attack. It just seems to do next to no damage, might as well be jumping on a dragons back.

Maybe I'm just buggy.

I hate the fear demon ( I though BW said they were getting away from super cc characters?! ) b/c of all dat cc he drops.  Wraiths are annoying b/c you can't cc them as a warrior b/c they are immune to physical effects.  For my last.... could be archers b/c they can really push my 2hand warrior's pooper in if they notice her first and I don't realize they are there.

1. Red Templar Stalkers with their tons of damage spin

2. Terrors and their Ground Teleport/Scream spam

3. Red Templar Marksmen that seem to ignore Line of Sight and do more damage than any other Archer type.

I swear, I have the worst luck with this a*******! Every time I'm about to fight a boss or close a Rift, guess what, a bear randomly spawns right next to be. Spend ten minutes trying to kill it, and three more bears come to kick my a**. It wouldn't be so bad if bears weren't nearly immortal. I'm serious, Fear Demons are easier to kill than they are sometimes. Might not be so bad now since I'm a higher level, but holy crap, they are annoying. Doesn't help that they will chase you all the way across the map either. I dare say, that they are worse than trolls in Skyrim, and that's saying something.

 

LOL. Okay aside from bears, I would also have to say, Despair Demons (since those idiots won't hold still) and archers. No matter how much ranged defense I put on my character, they always seem to kill me in one hit.

I can wipe the floor with anyone except for despair demons and terrors. They love to play hide and seek.

Ahh. Yeah those are rather annoying.

 

 

Is it just me or do the enemies tend to have too many hitpoints in this game? Some simple mobs take quite awhile to bring down.

Despair demons are the most annoying, by far.

 

Terror demons are also annoying but at least they don't make you chase them.

 

Wraiths get a special mention because they always sidestep my Bull rushes. Makes me feel silly.

The despair are also pretty damn annoying but they're bearable if Bull/Cass taunts them early enough.

Skeletons in the swamp....they spawn all the time.
