 Not sure if it has been spelled out clearly anywhere what bonuses having some ME1 achievements unlocked will grant you.  The ones I recall are level based and I'd guess would start you off at a higher level.  The Rich Achievement will without a doubt give you more money.  But what effect does the Insanity difficulty achievement have on new your ME2 characters?
