With my bff cast off into the void for all eternity I've been pretty bored. Shagrat and Gorbag just don't make for very good company.

 

So I decided to try out some good ol' online dating. I met an attractive woman not too long after I signed up. We hit it off pretty well, but she gave off a lot of mixed signals when it came to the subject of meeting, or even just talking on the phone. She blamed it on shyness, but I found out that she doesn't even live where she said she lived!

 

I decided just to move on, but not long after I went cold she contacted me. Asking me how I was doing and blah blah blah. She won't stop talking to me! I imagine she knows I'm not interested in being her pen-pal, so it's been a very perplexing experience.

 

Does she sound like a catfish or just a timid gal afraid of moving past text messages?

See, I'm the Great Old One Cthulhu. Since I'm technically still asleep, it's been pretty lonely here at R'lyeh. Especially since the other Old Ones and Outer Gods stopped talking to me (We don't talk to the Elder Gods...Jerks). So I've also dabbled in some online dating. But honestly, never ended well...mostly because my appearance drives people insane from incomprehension.

 

So for now, I'll stay single.

 

My advice. Give it a chance man. Us gods need love.
