anybody found "the sad weapon" yet?  I found a requisition order in some loot pile that looked suspiciously like poo...  I got something called "sad weapon schematic" you go into requisitions not crafting and you need 3 sad weapon splinters, only found 1 so far.... anyway, the weapon according to what i saw was a banana tied to a stick...  i laughed so hard

I wanna find that one!

Curious.  Has any one come across anything like in codex or something explaining all the little red inuksuit scattered around?  Is one of the environment designers from Nunavut?

When I was at my war table there was a fantastic reference to Garrus in the advisor banter. Cullen says something about needing to calibrate the trebuchets to make sure they fire properly to which Josephine replies asking him how many times he's going to do that.

There was the inevitable Monty Python "Inquisition" reference. I believe it was in the Western Approach after you capture the keep. An Inquisition Sergeant was grilling the troops and one of his questions was something along the lines of "What are the Inquisition's main weapons?" and a recruit says "Surprise and fear, Ser!" :D

Quite many funny pop culture references. I just don't remember them that well, after 60 hours of playing. Two I do atm(that havent been mentioned):

- Spirit of the lake giving you a sword.

- Call me Imshael (quest name).

Enemy mages.....when they are getting ready to cast a spell....yell "Form of....!"

Makes me think of a reference to the Justice League Wonder Twins.

"Wonder Twins Powers Activate!"

"Shape of....."

Also, in the Western Approach, theres some cheese wheels on top of a tower near the chasm where you build a bridge.....whats with the little elf statues on the cheese? One is a female elf with a pick-axe, anotehr is a male elf with what looks like a cheese plane.

Don't know if it really counts as an easter egg, but something that definitely made me lol during HLTA - not long after you enter Adamant, there's a stone from one of your siege engines that you can interact with.  It has a verse from the chant on it, as well as a rude message to the wardens from one of your soldiers.

Spoiler

Seriously, I just about died.

I found which might be either a nod to Monty Python's Holy Grail, or the 1980's movie Excalibur, as this grail looks nearly the same, with the glowing and twinkling halo, even whipped out the old movie to check.  I wasn't able to reach it, but as shown on the map, I sure tried a while.  Just mysteriously floats inside this chamber.   Perhaps it is just a holodeck emitter?

The calibrations thing with Cullen made giggle-snort.

On the Storm Coast in (I think its called) Daerwin's Mouth, you find the three pirates we encountered as part of "Pirates and their Curses" quest from DA2 Mark of the Assassin. You know, the Isabela quest with the petrified sailors.

They're still petrified, and they don't speak this time. They've changed poses though, so atleast they had some freedom before getting themselves cursed again xD

Interesting to note that they seem to be copy+pastes from DA2, same hair and the elf woman even has the same weird elven makeover DA2 did. Pretty cool. Unfortunately, there is no banter triggered while crossing them, even if you bring Varric and Cassandra.

The people aren't there on the PS3 version.  I didn't know what it was a reference too though, I kept attacking it thinking maybe something would happen
