You tell me to log onto EA.com to register my Cerebus Network account, but then you fail to mention that by putting in the code on the EA.com IT NO LONGER WORKS ON MY 360. WTF!?!?!?!

i have the normandy crash site downloaded, but i don't know how to get zaeed. i've also got a card for the terminus gear, and i'm afraid to put that into the website, but i always forget where to go on my 360 to enter it

The codes for the Terminus armor isnt long enough either so theres something there not telling everyone.

The copy editor who wrote the instructions for the DLC needs to be fired. I did EXACTLY WHAT THE CARD SAID

is he automatically put in the 360? or do you actually have to download him like i did with the other downloadable content? (i only had the blood dragon armor and normady crash site)

agreed, i just registered and put both cerberus and DLC card codes into web browser rather than 360... guess that means i'm screwed once ME2 finished installing and I finally start her up?

apparently you have to download it to your pc first...dont ask me why...then in the game you can find intructions on the temrinus armor in shepards personal terminal net tp the galaxy map... Im hoping the same type of thing happens for the cerberus card. I have a feeling im gonna have to hook my xbox up to my pc though.

ps...thgere should also be a link on the bottom of your gamestop pre order card for terminus armor support... someone should try it and let us know how it works... i dnt have the patience for this ****.

when i put the card code into my comp, it gave me the option to download the normady crash site and zaeed. the normandy crash site is on my 360 b/c i went to the new download content page and downloaded it. but zaeed wasn't listed

Just so everyone knows, you can check to see what promo codes you have registered and are entitled to. I made the same mistake as the original poster, but after looking at:

I see that I do have the rights to all the Xbox 360 promo items/materials/henchmen etc. Not sure if it works in-game yet as I am still installing, but at least it seems correct on EA's server's end.

If you are having an issue it may also be a good idea to register your ME2 xbox 360 copy. You can do it here:

Once you do that I have a feeling your content will show up in-game on the 360.

hmmmmmmmmm, this is retarded. why cant they just make it easy and use a 360 friendly code? also, what happens if we cant get it to work properly on our 360's? do we have to pay the full 1200 for it?

ok folks...just do everything online but DONT turn on your 360 til youve got everything downloaded...when you go into mass effect 2 go to ne content available and then you can download it to your console

and the reason they do it this way is so your xbl codes dnt get jacked from hackers... alot of peoples codes got hacked for gears 2.

again...download your **** to your pc first...then start up your 360 and go play mass effect..when you get to the main menu...there should be a section for "new content available" now you can download it to your console

Oh, and if anyone tries to do a "live chat" on EA.com good luck. "Paolo" has been "listening" to me for 10 minutes now, but hasn't said a damn thing.
