its free.... just do what i suggested on the first page. Register your 360 copy on here, add your promo codes.... then login on the 360. Worked for me; I got Cerberus, Normandy, and Terminus gear downloaded. Zaeed doesnt show up, though... I think its an EA glitch.

yeah the wording on the cards is misleading and I will not pay for stuff I already payed for (ce). Wonder how long they are gonna take to fix this....

zaeed is downloaded to my pc, but he's still not available on the 360. the download content tab disappears, and he's not listed

my code dosent work tho says its invalid and i entered it on this site. then i bought the ms points to get the network and cant even download it. it says cant download at this time..so this whole thing was a waste of money......?

well i've uploaded both the codes and registered my game, but how do i get them to go onto my xbox? i dont see anywhere to log into my ea account on the game

ekiechi, i think you have to use the computer in the captains cabin or something in the game to log in to EA servers... not sure. I haven't even started to play ME2 yet as I have an hour left to finish ME1 so i have a 60 char to copy over. good luck

ok, this is another account of ekiechi's, same guy and such. Heres the thing. I have my xbox registered with all my dragon age stuff, and it appears that it might be using the same account on mass effect, however i loaded my codes onto the sight using a different email than the one i have on my xbox...help?

Ya im having same problem I uploaded my codes to the website just like they said I it tells me on my 360 to enter Network code which then it says its invalid. I hope they fix this this is just stupid and a waste of time. If anyone with the same problem I am having gets it fix let me know

when i first ran ME2 it asked me for my EA account login information .... just used the same email i used to register on this site tonight... worked fine...check the captains cabin computer, if you can, ingame... not sure otherwise till i get into ME2 myself.

create a EA user name.. Input all the codes. Make sure that u register Your mass effect for xbox 360..

When done .. Turn your Mass effect on for your xbox 360.. Log in with the same email u used for EA website. Once in go down to download content And you should be able to download everything that you inputed

You don't even need to register the game. I got terminus for xbox under my character profile. Same code linking that they did for Dragon Age.

Ok...this is ridiculous...
I'm having the same problem everyone else is. I put in the codes, but it doesn't link to my 360 version...but that's just part of it.
Another post said something about going to "Email Us" on EA's main page, where it gives you the option to speak with an advisor in a live chat to link your EA account to your XBL account...
...and after waiting for a friggin hour and a half, when I finally reached the front of the queue...THEN it tells me that my request for a live chat has been canceled and no advisors are available.
