Why aren't they responding?

Registered the game, redeemed all codes under my profile and they show here. Gamertag is linked to my EA account. Xbox Live and other EA games connect fine. I constantly get the "cannot connect to Cerberus Network or it timed out" message. Am I the only one?

EA, you are an absolute joke. Somehow, you've managed to ruin the launch of the one game I've been looking forward to for 2 f*cking years. Just like every other game you touch, you've ruined Mass Effect's launch. Thank God Bioware is good enough to overcome your general lack of cerebral integrity.

Usually to get dlc off a card you do the following:



Go to the MY XBOX

MY ACCOUNT

REDEEM CODE

Put in the code and it's good...



Don't know about this stuff though

2. I registered all codes and the game
3. Turned on the game and attempted to register but my key is already in use
4. I began swearing loudly waking my fiance up
5. I began arguing with my fiance over my temper over something so trivial as a game
You know she is right, but GODAMNIT IM SO ****ING PISSED
Why cant it let me enter it into my xbox live account like EVERY OTHER ****ING GAME!!!

Fawk, similar situation. I'm so mentally drained from rage. And for some reason my hand is bleeding. No idea why.



These instructions were complete and utter bull****. I will never touch another EA game if this doesn't get resolved.

Because EA wants to be different and have control. So the decided to take something soo simple and complicate it beyond repair for no real reason.

doubtful, as far as i can tell they're so sick of dealing with it that they've even taken their live chat offline, what pisses me off the most is that i can't even BUY access to cerebrus right now, i'm more than happy to pay the 1200 MS points but apparently bioware can't get a DLC release time right

edit: also, aparently i don't have to pay for the cerebrus network now that
ive registered the game (

I'm not willing to pay 1200 MS points for something that came included with the purchase of my game. I hope they can fix this problem. Maybe resetting the codes would be a good idea

well...sadly i can download part of the network (terminus and blood dragon armors), but i cant get the special character bountyhunter guy....kinda pisses me off hardcore.

I wish I could download SOMETHING. I redeemed the cerberus dlc and the terminus codes on the site. I also registered the game and nothing. Still have to pay the points to download cerberus network.

 I entered the dumb code in through the game and now when I access my bioware account, it's asking me to merge my accounts by entering the code... 1 problem, I ALREADY ENTERED IT INTO THE EA ACCOUNT ACTIVATION THROUGH THE GAME!  A little annoying, to say the least... the Dragon Age system worked so much better.

Whoever wrote the instructions on the back of these cards needs to be fired. I get home from game stop after waiting in line at midnight and want to start playing with my pre order bonus terminus armor. I followed the instructions on the back of the card and then started the game. It then asks me to re-enter my cerberus network code and it tells me it's already in use. Then they have the nerve to tell me that I can purchase access.
