I killed all 10 high dragons before finishing the game, the high dragon collection is completed and everything. I killed them all on normal, the last one without companions, and the three in Emprise du Lion in a row without going to a camp or Skyhold in between - didn't get the trophy. Then I beat the game, including the two high dragon battles that go with it. And I still didn't get the trophy! What went wrong?

I believe the trophy is bugged as it seems to not count the dragon from Crestwood. The two dragons from the end don't count. The trophy however counts as "kill 10 dragons in singleplayer." So the next dragon you kill on your next playthrough will get you the achievement.
