Skillbar and Tactics for AI-controlled Tank

I'd like for one of my Warriors to function independently as an aggro-grabbing tank but I'm having a tough time picking an appropriate combination of skills/tactics/behaviors to get the character to manage this most effectively.
Care to share your setups? Or point me to where others have shared theirs? (YouTube etc)

Set tank to follow itself (not defend, that will make the tank stand around and do nothing until attacked). I only have abilities that generate guard or taunt enabled, rest are disabled. Playing a dagger rogue, I find that it helps alot if you go into tactical camera before a fight, and force your tank to use challenge on whichever enemy you deem appropriate, then switch back to your preferred character before going back to action camera. This way the tank initiates the fight, and you can go about your normal business. The rest of the party is set to defend the tank, so that once the fight starts, all 3 of your companions will engage the enemy you have picked and it seems to work fairly well.
It also helps if you decrease the reserved mana/stamina amount. I have mine set to 20% for all companions. I've also disabled barrier on Solas, since he seems to be casting it whenever he feels like, not when it is actually needed.

- Follow Itself
- Prefered: All Guard generating abilties
- Use: Shield Bash
- Use: Shield Wall
- Use: Horn of Valor (if available)
- Use: Spell Purge for Cassandra when Spell Purge is upgraded
- Use: Devour for Bull
- Dissable: Ring of Pain for Bull
- Use: Walking Fortress for Blackwall
- Disable: Line in the Sand for Blackwall
Do not use Payback Strike because it burns all stamina and do not even train or use Charging Bull, because the AI will use this very bad.
This skillset works quite well with the AI. You can remove Shield Wall if your tank only getting hit by 1 damage. Its not nessesary and only an waste of stamina.
The "To the Death" ability from Champion can be placed on the skillbar and manually used on bosses. But you turn it on/off manually. Do not let the AI handle "To the Death". You want to turn it off around every 30 seconds.
You will need Lvl20+ to reach all mentioned abilties.
