Hi Sir/MAdam,
I bought DAI deluxy disk and redeemed and installed it successfully two weeks ago.
However, I never find the deluxy weapon and armor in the game even I wake up in the Haven and head to skyhold for searching(only find my deluxy throne!), I can find the loot but no way to open it !! I use another character but still can't open the loot in the hut, Haven. I have asked helpdesk about the issue for 3 times and they have no way to solve it for me. Pls advise me and solve the issue asap.
