[The Tony Show]

So I open my 360 copy of Mass Effect 2, and follow the instructions on the Cerberus card and GameStop Preorder card that tell me to redeeem the code at EA.com.  Then I boot up ME2 in my Xbox to download them, and it tells me the code is in use.  Basically, it thinks I have the PC version and I'm now locked out of Cerberus on the Xbox unless I pay.

Thanks for the terrible instructions.  I'd really appreciate it if someone from Bioware or EA could rectify this situation for me, and I'll be sending a formal email to EA and Bioware customer service.

Hmmm....good thing I only ever planned to input the code from the game's main menu....when I finally get it that is.

Wait a second- I may be a world class idiot. I clicked the "Buy access to Cerberus network", and it's showing "Free" as the price. Problem is, it says "not able to download". Hopefully that's just because they haven't turned it on yet.

Um yea same thing happened to me... definitely tells you to go to masseffect.com but it has the Xbox360 logo on it so I assumed it had something to do with my account being linked to Xbox...

i followed the instructions on my card and redeemed the code here on the website for my 360 version. i have my ea account linked with my xbox live account, and i am currently downloading the terminus armor on my xbox for free. go into extras, and downloadable content on the startup screen. i downloaded blood dragon armor, normandy crash site, and the terminus armor.

it didnt have a zaeed option...im assuming its inluded with the normandy crash site? on the startup screen there are cerberus news feeds i can scroll through with lb and rb...it has zaeed as one of the news feeds and the normandy mission as another.

i put the code in on here and it worked (playing on 360), its giving me the normandy download but not zaeed. so it see you registered just not all dlc is up

This looks like the only benefit of having to wait for an extra 3 days for release! Hopefully all be sorted by the time Friday comes along.

They had all the issues worked out by 1 pm est for the DA:O release.So just give them some time.Go and enjoy the game...=-)

Man, I input my Cerberus card info on here, and it said I had redeemed the collector armor, which I had already done, and now it won't let me enter the code again. WTF.

Same here. Thanks for the **** instructions bioware. Now when I boot up the game I can't use my code because it says it's already in use. Pretty damn gay.

entering it in on the website worked fine for me, except I don't see a download option for Zaaed.

I just used registered the codes from my profile on the social site and everything seems to be OK,accept that Zaeed doesn't show up as a separate DL on my 360 but shows as an authorized add on in my profile here.



Wish the damn game could find my save game for import though.

i registered everything and cannot download stuff to xbox...says code is already used...what do I do??

mine worked by following the instructions. its under the extras menu just like it was mentioned earlier
