They are available. I've got my Collector Armor, Blood Dragon Armor, free Cerberus Network DLC mission, and Inferno Armor sets. This is how you get them to show up;



Step 1 - Input your codes via the Redeem Code area of Masseffect.com

Step 2 - Start up your system after a few minutes and then login to Xbox Live.

Step 3 - Load game and let the Cerebrus Network connect and then observe the fact that it now shows New Content Available.

Dont be mad you have to link you gamertag to the EA account but thats where it gets annoyin!! u have to follow the instructions that look like

"
Sorry, we can't find information about that Xbox LIVE Gamertag.Before
you can link your Xbox LIVE Gamertag to your EA Master Account, you
need to log in to any online EA game with your Xbox or Xbox 360. Once
that is done, check your email inbox at the address you used to sign up
for your Xbox LIVE Gamertag for an email from us describing what you
need to do to link up your accounts.Keep in mind, this email may
not appear immediately, so be patient. Note, you can always come back
to this page to re-trigger the email in case you missed it."

OMG....ok if i am downloading this for someone on a different computer. how in god's name is it suppose to help him? unless it is somehow linked up with his acct that i magically created... i am by no means retarded but come on. looks like this is screwed from the get-go. any help? suggestions? would be most helpful. thank you.

OK I'm not understanding, I have this account under one email address and my EA account under another.  Is there anyway to link the two.  I didn't know that I had to have an account under the same email as my EA account.  As I have already put in the code for the armor and the rifle under this email address am I screwed or should I contact Bioware to see if there is anything they can do?

No you should not be screwed go to the EA.com site and log in with the same address as you use for this forum!! if its not there create one and use the same Email! Now go to Add persona boot up mass effect 2 in the xbox and on the pc it should accept your gamertag as the persona and from then on they are linked! So it will work!

Cool, I have a question though? I'm at the add persona screen on EA, and my gamertag to the right is already on there, it has a little square box around it, and says the name of my gamertag in the middle of it. So I don't have to do no more right? im goot to go from here?

The problem is that the gamertag on 360 is my husband's and this is my account. I usually register on all the forums so we use my email address. He created his own EA account some time ago and has his gamertag is associated with that. Any ideas on what we do now? The instructions didn't say to log on with the same user as the xbox gamertag so I didn't know.

If I do that and then we get it over onto our harddrive on the 360 will he be able to use the armor and rifle on his gamertag?

I suppose one good thing about getting this game a few days later is it gives me the chance to realise what i have to do and maybe for Bioware/EA to fix some of the cerberus problems etc and find clear instructions about the promo codes!

I made the same mistake and freaked out, but when I logged into my XBL it asked me if I wanted to input Terminus Armor. I'm guessin it's because my EA account is already connected to my XBL.
