I made the same mistake and freaked out, but when I logged into my XBL it asked me if I wanted to input Terminus Armor. I'm guessin it's because my EA account is already connected to my XBL.

So that means your good to go right?

Following the instructions worked just fine for me. The game found every single one of my saved game files from the first game, and just like many other people have mentioned Za'ed didn't show up as a downloadable content option. So maybe it hasn't officially been launched yet, or it is attached to the Normandy crash site DLC

I think I found the problem- my Gamertag is somehow married to an old account on EA.com that uses an OLD email address of mine that is different than my xbox live and bioware accounts.   I don't even remember setting that up, but there is no way of "un-marrying" the gamertag from the account.  Swell.

*sigh* I don't want to play anymore without the Cerberus network and the free DLC, but this is really annoying. I tried to be smart and read the instructions on the card before even booting up ME2, but I suppose if I'd just thrown it in the tray and loaded it, I could have entered the codes on my Xbox and have Cerberus network access.

They are available. I've got my Collector Armor, Blood Dragon Armor, free Cerberus Network DLC mission, and Inferno Armor sets. This is how you get them to show up;

Step 1 - Input your codes via the Redeem Code area of Masseffect.com
Step 2 - Start up your system after a few minutes and then login to Xbox Live.
Step 3 - Load game and let the Cerebrus Network connect and then observe the fact that it now shows New Content Available.

Tadah.

Thanks. That's all it was.......little confusing as I am used to downloading everything off just the one network, such as Live, but its all good.

Well after following the instructions on the card I got a .exe file on my computer called ME2_Terminus, but I can't do anything with it because I need ME2 on PC. This has not affected my Xbox version at all and I'm under the suspicion I just pre ordered the game for nothing. A lot of people on the thread are saying their DLC is working fine, so did I do something wrong?

The games I want to import are on an offline profile. I aslo have an online gamertag, whih I used to download BdtS and the DA dlcs. Will I see my cerberus stuff in the offline gamertag or just the profile that's online?

After 3 hours of digging on the EA site, it would appear that unless your account here perfectly matches the account at EA.com that your gamertag is linked to, your preorder items and free access to the Cerberus network go *poof* when you redeem the codes.

Same problem. Could an admin please add my persona to this email for me?

So, no point in the cerberuc card??? Oh well, all I want really is the geth gun and the DA armor anyway. That suck, my online profile is where I play DA. Is there anyway I can make my offline gamertag an online one or wilI lose al my savegames? Why, oh why does Microsoft do this to customers? This is so ****ty.

I've added my Xbox Live persona, will it work now if I follow the instructions on the card when I get the game or is there another way to do this? I don't want to be stuffed as soon as I get it.

I don't have my copy yet. Has anyone NOT had success by entering them on the xbox rather than on the site?

You have to enter them through the Redeem Code section as of last night since there was no listing for Redeeming codes through Xbox Live (the content was just not showing up, possibly due to mass removal through XBL because of the leak that happened. ) That could be remedied by now, but I'll start up my 360 and see if the Games Marketplace shows anything.  Hold please.

The Game Marketplace is showing the Cerberus Network available (at 1200 points), so that code should now be redeemable through the Redeem Code area on the Xbox Profile screen as normal.  As for the other codes, you will still most likely have to follow the directions I listed above in order to get the armor/weapon preorders and bonuses sent straight through to your account.   For now.

OK JUst to clarify. . step you need to take are

1. Make Sure your Bioware Social and you EA account have the same Email. . If have not got an EA account make one up. .

2. On the EA Account you need to add you gamertag as a persona So it is linked. . (if you gamertag comes up as Already in use you have a big problem due to its attached to another EA account.)
One way to try and make sure this doesnt happen is to first see if u can log into EA.com with some of your old or other emails that you use. . .That way then u can create another Bioware social Account just for the ME2 Content! That is if your GT is linked already to one of them. . .

2. Once u have the tricky part done and you have the same emails for Bioware/EA and your gamertag is linked to the EA.com You want to register your game on MassEffect2.com so its registered on your Bioware/Ea Accounts. . .

(see step 4 before 3)
3.Enter just your promo codes not the cerberus code in Redeem a code option on the mass effect site. .

4.As far as cerberus Im not 100% sure if you need to connect to cerberus once before you register the Codes as of your preorder/CE armors etc. . .And im not sure if you should only enter your cerberus codes on the Xbox or only on this site but im leaning towards Xbox! (if you have step 1, 2 and you have access to cerberus network go ahead with step 3)

Sorry if this seems complicated but its the clearest way i can describe it!

It seems thats the safest way to do it. . Any response on the Cerberus setup would be great.. not sure where the access code should be entered!

Make sure that you enter the Cerberus Network code -first- so that it will 100% have no fails in sending the armor/weapon and other DLC right to your XBL Gamer Tag that is connected to the Cerberus Network.  Bioware/EA has made it clear that any DLC you get for ME2 will have to be redeemed and then it will add it (the DLC, whichever it may be) to your XBL profile that is connected to the email you use.

I used my cerberus and collectors edition codes like instructions told me to.

Then I contacted EA support to change my gamertag to my new EA account because I couldn't get the collectors armor/rifle in game through cerberus.

They changed it, and now I can't even get into cerberus anymore.

Code in use and if I want to get in again I have to pay 1200 points.

Great...
