Right, so I'm judging Servis at the moment, yet when I choose the option to make him a smuggler for me, nothing happens. The games says 'agent acquired' yet nothing actually happens - he doesn't appear as an agent, nor do new operations relating to him appear on the War Table (yet, if I choose to make him an informant, he does in fact appear as an agent, and new operations relating to him do appear on the War Table). Is this supposed to happen, or is it just a bug?
