I finally managed to romance the Iron Bull this time through, and that bit of dialogue made me happy. Krem was even sitting down when he said it.

More just generally, Kerm is never far from Iron Bull, and it is clear Krem respects bull a ton. What I see is Krem is more comfortable with the guys than anyone else. This doesn't show Krem as sexually attracted to anyone actually. Which may indicate a slight level of asexuality.
