And yes you can have a light stubble !!! In the CC go in the complexion folder located under the skin colour one. Starting from the right side, click 3 times to the left and you will have that light stubble on your elf! It's not strong but still visible in cutscenes and in game. Please feel free to show us your creation if that option inspires you!

His father is Dalish and mother a city elf. Hence the lack of vallaslin. There's more to his backstory but I'm too lazy to write.
