How do I get that locked door open in the keep if I don't have any rogues that can pick it nor Deft Hands perk? This quest is for Blackwell's quest line. This is the keep where you fight the Avvar Leader.

To the best of my knowledge, you have to invest in the Deft Hands perk. You can still raise Blackwall's approval enough to initiate his next personal quest without this particular memorabilia, though.

You do need the perk for that door.
