[Back Lot Basher]

I've been tending my Skyhold garden pretty regularly, adding any rare seeds as I find them.  Found a few rare such as Ghoul's Beard, Prophet's Laurel, and Black Lotus.  I just wondered, are these all going to be random finds, or is there any guaranteed source for any of them?

Best I can tell, once you get to Skyhold there is a random chance to get a seed every time you harvest herbs.
