It's no secret that Necromancers are currently among the least praised specs, mostly due to poor synergy between skills in their own line as well as the unreliable nature of Panicked (a huge part of their playstyle) as a form of crowd control. This is meant at addressing that.
Blinding Terror
Added effect - Panicked enemies take 3 seconds to break out of Panicked if damaged.
(Similar to the Rogue's powder modifier).
Virulent (Walking Bomb Modifier)
Added effect - All Panicked enemies are inflicted with Walking Bomb regardless of distance.
Spirit Mark
(Quality of life / oversight fix) - Raised spirits no longer constitute the enemy that they were created from. This fixes issues where Necromancers were preventing loot from spawning and preventing events from completing until the death of the Spirit or toggling of the spell.
Intended result
Necromancy will gain fantastic synergy with the Inferno line as a fear-based cc support + damage character, providing some alternative to taunt-based gameplay. The buff to Virulent should also fix some of the synergy issues between Horror and Walking Bomb, improving both skills in the process.
